For those interested, this page illustrates one of the many opportunities that I had because I had chosen to write.

This page also illustrates different formatting used by other countries. Americans, for example, must consider formatting and punctuation styles if they plan to write to audiences outside of the U.S.

Take note the of the subtle punctuation differences in the Chinese announcement below.

In the time format, the dash is longer and there’s a space after the colons. (In Denmark there would be a space before and after the colon.) And what is typically an international trait, the period is outside the quote. The date in the corner is ISO format.
